Ask for what you need in plain words. The agent works beside the page and lists each tool step as it runs. In Ask mode, the default, it waits for your approval before deleting pages, redacting, reordering, merging, splitting or digitally signing. Auto mode applies those changes without asking.

Pull the data out of many documents
Define the fields you need once and run them across a set of documents. You get a table back, and every value cites the page and the sentence it came from. A field a document doesn't state comes back empty, with a reason.

Fill, sign, stamp, protect
Fill forms and finish documents
Fill PDF forms on the page, place a drawn signature or a stamp, and add headers, footers, watermarks and Bates numbers. A password you set is applied when the file is downloaded. Certificate digital signatures are available for workspaces Aqili sets up: write to [email protected]. Each workspace signs only with its own key, held in Azure Key Vault and never exported.

How do I know the agent got it right?
You can watch it work. The agent lists each tool step as it runs, and in Ask mode it waits for your approval before destructive changes. Extraction cites the page and sentence behind every value, or leaves a value empty with a reason. Every change is saved as a version you can restore.
Which files can I use, and how large can they be?
Seben works on PDFs, including scans and fillable forms, of up to 100 MB each. One extraction run covers up to 50 documents and 500 pages, reading at most 40 pages of text per document. Word and Excel exports take documents of up to 200 pages.
Which languages can I edit in?
Editing and adding text supports Western European characters, including accented letters such as é, ü, ñ and ç.
What happens when a trial ends?
Organization workspaces start with a 30-day free trial, no card needed. When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until someone subscribes. Your free personal workspace stays as it is.
What happens if we cancel or a renewal payment fails?
After a cancellation, or after a failed renewal payment, the workspace keeps full access for 14 days. After that it is export only, so you can still take your documents with you.
Is there a desktop app?
Yes. Seben runs in your browser and as a desktop app for Mac (one download for Apple silicon and Intel) and Windows (x64). The Mac app is signed by Aqili, Inc. and notarized by Apple, and the Windows installer is code-signed by Aqili, Inc. Every published build is verified before it reaches the update feed. The app updates itself, and you don't need an account to download it.
Download SebenAre my documents used to train AI models?
No. Seben's AI models run on Microsoft Azure, and the terms of the companies that provide them do not let them train AI models on what Seben sends without Aqili's permission, and Aqili has given none. Aqili does not train AI models on your documents either. The default model processes your requests in the United States.
