What does the free plan include?
Everyone gets a personal workspace with the full editor and agent. It's private to you, and it doesn't include invites, sharing or API keys.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free personal workspace never asks for one, and organization workspaces start with a 30-day trial without a card.
What happens when a trial ends?
Organization workspaces start with a 30-day free trial, no card needed. When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until someone subscribes. Your free personal workspace stays as it is.
How do plan changes work?
Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. Promotion codes are accepted.
What happens if we cancel or a renewal payment fails?
After a cancellation, or after a failed renewal payment, the workspace keeps full access for 14 days. After that it is export only, so you can still take your documents with you.
Which plan includes MCP access and API keys?
Pro includes MCP access (beta) and workspace API keys. The free personal workspace does not.
