Three steps to a shared workspace
- 01
Sign in with your work account
People sign in with a work account from any Microsoft 365 organization. Personal accounts aren't accepted there; anyone can sign in with email instead.
- 02
Consent once, for everyone
If your organization requires an admin to approve new apps, an IT admin can grant consent for the whole organization, and employees can then sign in.
- 03
Create the workspace, invite people
An owner creates the organization workspace and invites people. It starts with a 30-day free trial, no card needed.
Organization workspaces
What an organization workspace adds
Your free personal workspace stays private to you. An organization workspace is where a team works together.
- Documents shared with the workspace's members
- Owners manage billing and invitations
- Each workspace's documents visible only to its members
- MCP access (beta) and workspace API keys with Pro
When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until someone subscribes. After a cancellation or a failed renewal payment it keeps full access for 14 days, then is export only.
