An agent that shows each step
Ask for what you need in plain words. The agent works beside the page and lists each tool step as it runs. In Ask mode, the default, it waits for your approval before deleting pages, redacting, reordering, merging, splitting or digitally signing. Auto mode applies those changes without asking.

Redaction
Redaction that checks its own work
Redaction removes page text and images under the box and checks the result by re-extracting text. Earlier versions keep the original and can be restored by workspace members; download the redacted version to share.

Every change is a version you can restore

Extraction
Pull the data out of many documents
Define the fields you need once and run them across a set of documents. You get a table back, and every value cites the page and the sentence it came from. A field a document doesn't state comes back empty, with a reason.

Fill forms and finish documents
Fill PDF forms on the page, place a drawn signature or a stamp, and add headers, footers, watermarks and Bates numbers. A password you set is applied when the file is downloaded. Certificate digital signatures are available for workspaces Aqili sets up: write to [email protected]. Each workspace signs only with its own key, held in Azure Key Vault and never exported.

Seben runs in your browser and as a desktop app: one Mac download for Apple silicon and Intel, and a Windows app for x64. The Mac app is signed by Aqili, Inc. and notarized by Apple; the Windows app is signed by Aqili, Inc. Updates download in the background. You don't need an account to download.

Upload PDFs of up to 100 MB each. One extraction run covers up to 50 documents and 500 pages, reading at most 40 pages of text per document.

Editing and adding text supports Western European characters, including accented letters such as é, ü, ñ and ç.
MCP (beta)
Let AI clients work in a workspace
MCP access (beta) uses workspace API keys, which organization workspaces can create. The free personal workspace can't. Transfers go up to 25 MB, with up to 60 calls and 10 uploads a minute.

Sign in with Microsoft 365
Use a work account from any Microsoft 365 organization; personal accounts aren't accepted there. An IT admin can grant consent for the whole organization. Anyone can also sign in with email.
